1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. By using the website, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2.1. Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other electronic payment methods. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for services rendered.

2.2. Secure Transactions: All payment transactions made through our website are encrypted and processed through a secure payment gateway.

2.3. Outstanding Balances: Payments for services must be completed prior to or at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed upon. Unpaid balances will incur an additional late payment fee every month the balance is unpaid after the 1st 30 days at $10 a month, up until 90 days at which time the past due account will be sent to a collection company with any court and attorney fees to be paid by the patient.

  1. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Appointment Cancellations: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice, during our open working business hours and days for appointment cancellations. After hours voicemails, texts and emails, over the weekends or closed holidays are not an acceptable form of cancellation. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee of $75-150.

3.2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.   1. Refund Policy

4.1. Treatment Refunds: Refunds for dental services are not provided unless the service was not rendered as agreed. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us to discuss potential solutions.

4.2. Product Refunds: Refunds for dental products purchased from our practice are available if the product is returned unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

4.3. Membership Plans: Membership fees are non-refundable. Please refer to the membership agreement for additional details.

4.4. Payment Disputes: If you believe a payment was processed in error, please notify us immediately. Refunds or adjustments will be made at our discretion after reviewing the matter.
