Melissa is our Chair-side Assistant. She entered into the dental field several years ago as a second career, after completing her undergraduate degree in psychology. In addition to assisting Dr. Coats, Melissa manages the supply inventory and sterilization process. She and her partner James just welcomed their first child in 2010. She enjoys spending time with her family (including their three greyhounds), camping, hiking, climbing, and gardening.
